Jonah and Melisa used to pick on each other as kids, but secretly Jonah was always crushing on her. Over the years they would see each other around here and there, but nothing ever came about... that is until this past year when they reunited at a friends birthday party. Since that night Melisa and Jonah have yet to leave each others side. Earlier this year Jonah asked her dad for her hand in marriage and in August he surprised Melisa and her family by popping the question during a camping trip. He arranged a group photo to be taken and then dropped down on one knee in front of everyone! She was totally shocked! Happy Tears were shed from everyone! I am so glad that my sister found her happily ever after! You may have heard me mention Claudia before -she was my hair stylist for my wedding day and she has done hair & makeup for some of my styled shoots HERE AND HERE. She is extremely talented at her art and did I mention she's a real life Mermaid! This lady has had red, blue, green, silver, and now half pink & purple hair! The sky's the limit for her and her hair adventures -and she has found a man who loves every single shade! Claudia and Mike shared a friend who thought they'd be perfect for each other and wanted to set them up on a blind date, but the timing was all wrong. Little did they know that destiny had other plans for them years later when Mike came across a familiar face from Facebook's "People You May Know". After finally hanging out in person they knew they were a perfect fit! Eleven months later Mike popped the big question while they were on a hot air balloon ride in the middle of the beautiful morning sky! We met up in San Dimas on a overcast Spring evening and I finally got to meet Mike and Theodore aka Teddy (her adorable pooch)! Mike is such a nice guy and they have such a natural fun chemistry together -which made my job easy : ) Cant wait for their wedding this winter at the Imperial Palace in Pasadena!!! After one night of country line dancing we immediately hit it off! It was no surprise that their engagement session would be just as fun :) Matt and Natali are such an awesome, easygoing, fun couple -I am so overjoyed that they chose me to be apart of their wedding experience and allow me to capture it all! We arrived at the train museum and the weather was perfect! Natalie and Matt were dressed to impress in her gorgeous white lace dress and his black sleek suit! I couldn't wait to get started! Check out their love story below :)       Matt and Natali met in the fall of 2012, in their Criminal Justice class at California Baptist University (CBU). She said he was that mysterious guy who sat all the way in the back, while she was the teachers pet in the front row. One day after class, he tricked her into exchanging numbers by saying he needed help with an assignment, and she totally fell for it. They began texting, meeting up to study, and occasionally going out for lunch. They remained friends until the end of the semester and then lost touch. It wasn't until the summer of 2013, after Natali graduated, that fate brought them back together. Matt shared a class with Natali's best friend. The weekend before Natali was arranged to leave to England for the summer -she and Matt shared their first "official" date! When she returned from her trip they both knew they wanted to take their "study buddy" friendship to the next level! Two years later Matt proposed where they first met at CBU. Natali describes it as intimate, romantical (romantic and magical lol), and super thoughtful.        Natali you are ridiculously gorgeous!!!              After getting booted from the museum -we headed to a nearby park, where they changed into something more comfy and got some great lovey dovey photos!          Natali & Matt I had so much fun with you guys -can't wait for your wedding this winter! I know its going to be amazing!!!

They have been going steady since the 8th grade! -wait do people even say "going steady" anymore!?! Arriell and Brad have the sweet story of how the basketball player & cheerleader fell in love! Aww kind of like Love and Basketball -love that movie! It's sweet to think that they have each others past, present, and future. Thirteen years later they are planning their wedding at the gorgeous Sweet Pea Ranch and I am so excited to be apart of it! I know that their wedding is going to be so much fun if its anything like their engagement session. They are the sweetest couple ever and its so beautiful to see that after so many years together their love is still so vibrant and fresh!                  You guys are so awesome to climb these rocks for me!   I adore this photo because Brad embraced Arriell all on his own! Even though half of her face was covered its still a super sweet photo!    And this my friends... is what true love looks like!!!         You guys are naturals!!!      |
