Reminder that In order to hold your session date, a non-refundable $100 retainer is due within 2 days of submitting this form. This retainer will be applied to the balance of your session fee, which is due in full on the day of the session. I accept Cash and Check. You will lose your spot if this retainer is not paid! After receiving your submission I will email you the booking agreement for you to print, sign and mail to me along with your retainer. I will confirm your reserved spot upon arrival.
