I would love to introduce myself and provide answers to some frequently asked questions :)

I’m Janelle, the gal behind the camera! My business is conveniently  centralized between Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire and Temecula. I get to work alongside other talented photographers who share the same passion for photography. Together, we strive to capture romantic, soft, and fresh images for clients who share a love for natural light, meaningful details, and timeless romance.

Outside of photography, I like to spend time out exploring with my husband and three little babes, eating at local restaurants (I'll take any break from cooking), dreaming up new house projects, and hosting bbq’s with family & friends.

The Experience

I truly believe great wedding photos are a result of two things – a relationship with your wedding photographer and an awesome timeline. Your wedding day should be enjoyable and stress free. There is such beauty in organized chaos, like that moment when you walk back down the aisle as husband and wife and everyone is cheering you two on! It feels magical! The stressful chaos is that what I always want to avoid. I never want my brides to feel rushed from one moment to the next. I want you to feel as relaxed as possible on your wedding day, so you look genuinely happy in all of your photos! We will start on day one talking about your timeline, and we will tie up loose ends as we get closer to your wedding day to make sure everyone is on the same page. 

We will get to feel really comfortable with one another during your engagement session, you’ll see how it feels to be in front of my camera and be able to learn the simple poses that we’ll use on your wedding day -which is so profoundly important! It’s an hour of fun for the three of us, and it often turns into a really great date night for the two of you once the photos are over since your all dolled up! The bonus – amazing photos for save the dates and home décor! ​

  ​We have moved into the digital age where so many images get lost on an iphone, computer, or usb drive. We have to preserve our memories beyond the click of a shutter. An album goes beyond a canvas or beautiful frame set out on a shelf for your guests to see. It is an heirloom to pass on to your children’s children. A wedding album will be passed as an heirloom just like your diamond wedding ring! It will be priceless to your family! Many people put this off and never get around to ordering one. It’s something we shouldn’t let pass us by. I offer high quality albums to last my clients a lifetime.

​Frequently Asked Questions...

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ENGAGEMENT SESSION?
One hour session at the location of your choice, within 60 miles of 91709. Choosing a location and outfits is the hardest part, so I am here to help! I offer styling ideas and I even offer my favorite location options for whatever scenery you want. I am also open to your ideas and suggestions as well! You receive 55-70 digital images from your engagement session, and they are delivered about 3-4 weeks after your shoot.

WHAT IS YOUR SHOOTING STYLE?
I like to consider myself a fine art photojournalistic photographer. What that means is, I am moving back and forth throughout the day from directing, setting up styled artistic shots, to stepping back and allowing genuine moments to unfold naturally. I believe there are times where you need me to take the lead to keep things moving along, and then there are moments that you shouldn’t even know I am there. This is my approach on a wedding day.

CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL HOURS?
If you are getting ready on the same site as your ceremony and reception then 8 hours of coverage is most likely perfect for you. If you have 2-3 locations or you want a grand exit captured, you may need to think about adding an additional 1-2 hours of coverage for us to get to all of your special moments!

HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY WEDDING?
I like to focus my time on only a select number of weddings per year. It's important to make sure that we are a good fit for each other, because you will be seeing a lot of me on your wedding day :) Once you book your venue, its a good idea to get your wedding date on my calendar -usually 18 months before. Your date can be reserved with a non-refundable retainer of 50% of your wedding collection. The final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding. All contracts and payments can be mailed for a good old fashioned simple process or I also offer online payments as well. If you would like to meet me in person or via skype before taking the next step –I would love to meet you! Let’s schedule a time for coffee or a chat over a glass of wine. You deserve to get to know your wedding photographer before making the big decision!

DO YOU TRAVEL TO WEDDINGS?
I love to travel for weddings and engagement sessions. I am centralized within Orange County, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and Temecula. I do not charge any travel fees for events within a 60 mile radius of 91709. I am also available for destination weddings world wide. Please contact me directly for more details regarding destination-wedding travel fees.

WHAT IS AN ONLINE GALLERY?
DOWNLOAD –
No more waiting for your wedding disc to come in the mail! We love that our brides and grooms get their photos instantly. Our galleries allow digital download of the full resolution images directly to your desktop.
SHARE –
You will receive a link to your gallery that you are able to email or text to your friends and family who will all be asking for wedding photos. It used to be that they had to come visit to see pictures, now it's as simple as sharing the link!
PRINT –
It is important that you have access to high quality professional prints and products to beautifully display your photographs. Our galleries give you access to professional printing labs, and they ship directly to your front door.
