Last year I was so lucky to photograph our sweet friends Kim & Cay's wedding. It was definitely a fun time and a beautiful wedding! Click HERE to see more photos of their wedding at Mountain Meadows Golf Course. This dynamic duo have overcome tribulations that many people don't experience and they've come out stronger and closer than ever. I want to wish them the happiest of anniversaries and share a few of their favorite moments from their wedding day! The brides words: "My fav because I get to see Caylen see me for the first time 😁" "I couldn't wait to be his wife!" "Our last photo as a physical family ❤️" - Kim was 7 months pregnant in this photo. Soon after their wedding they lost their baby girl and gained an angel.

Happy Anniversary to my sweet clients Kristin & Jose!!! You might remember them from their gorgeous wedding at Hidden Oaks in Altaloma -to see their photos click HERE. I asked them to choose two of their favorite photos from their gallery with reasons why they are so special to them and here they are: "This has always been one of my favorites. its in a frame on our wall at home :) I love the background and the way we are looking at each other says it all! We had been through so much the 13 years prior to that special day and standing looking at each other knowing "today is the day" with the excitement and joy in our eyes. I just Love it!" "This one is special to me because its our first photo as "The Barkers" having our boys there being able to share that day was amazing. They talk about that day all the time and they know that the Lord is the reason that day was possible. A true blessing!" I was so excited when my bride wanted to surprise her groom with some boudoir photos! We rented out a cute little studio in Orange County that had perfect lighting with a bedroom setting! She brought her wedding dress, some sweet lingerie, and how can I forget those stellar louboutins! We had her fav jams playing in the background and she totally rocked it for my camera! I know her groom is going to go bonkers when he sees how smokin hot she looks!
Yvonne and I went to the same high school but never really knew each other. She was a track star and lets just say I was in my own little world (way to uncoordinated for any type of sport! :) Its a shame because after getting to know her she's such a sweetheart! She first contacted me last year to photograph her engagement photos. See HERE. After meeting Tyler & Yvonne I knew immediately that we were going to have a great experience together! Tyler is such a nice guy and Yvonne is hilarious! They totally compliment each other! Yvonne was such a dream bride to work with -she even invited me to her bridal shower as a guest (camera not included!) So sweet! When we arrived to the hotel we could hear the music playing from a couple doors down and we knew this was going to be a great party! Everyone was getting pumped up and the atmosphere was so light and stress free! After Yvonne got all dolled up we were off to the Wilson Creek Winery where the ceremony and reception were going to be held. I was totally surprised when Yvonne said that they were having their ceremony right in the middle of the vineyard! I had no clue that they offer that location option! To say it was stunning would be a total understatement! The shuttle drove all of the guests through the vineyard to the top of a secluded hill, where an altar of wine barrels and chandeliers were waiting. The sun was starting to set behind the gorgeous couple while they were exchanging their vows. Perfection! The rest of the night went smoothly, did I mention that Yvonne & Tyler know how to throw a good party! The music was awesome and got everyone out of their seats to get their groove on the dance floor! We had the cupid shuffle, the wobble dance and so much more! So much fun! Tyler is from Wisconsin so they are Green Bay Packers fans! Such a cute garter! Go Pack Go! From a fellow Cheese head! :) Loving these classic Christian Louboutins! Love that Yvonne had a henna tattooed placed on her palms of her hands to allow the bearer to receive and offer blessings. She also had it placed on the top of her hands which represents protection. Cant get enough of these cuties! This gorgeous gown is a one of a kind exclusive runway design from Lazaro! Breathtaking! Love when my clients add their special traditions to their ceremony... this is the broom that Yvonne & Tyler will be jumping. "Jumping the Broom" is a symbol of sweeping away the old and welcoming the new, or a symbol of new beginnings. Checkout this little doll -she's a new walker :) On the other side of the hall Tyler anxiously waited to see his bride! It was so sweet! These guys look so handsome with their classic black bowties! Such a cool color combination of Navy & Cranberry! Such a sweet moment of Yvonne & her dad praying right before he walked her down the aisle. What a great wedding favor gift for your guests -a hangover helper kit! I've seen my fair share of wedding cakes and this just might be one of my favorites!!! The piping detail and hand crafted sugar flowers with the bling bling centers are gorgeous!!! First dance as husband and wife! Such a heartfelt father daughter dance! Tyler and his beautiful mom danced to my favorite song "Simple Man" Lynyrd Skynyrd! Not gonna lie I definitely shed some tears behind my camera! Imagined dancing with my sons at their weddings :( wahh! Let the party begin!!! Many thanks to the amazing team who made this wedding come to life... Thank you soooo much for allowing me to be the lucky photographer to capture such a special moment in your lives! Enjoy your honeymoon!!! :)
I felt so honored that Marina chose me to photograph their maternity session after randomly coming across my blog. After 13 years of marriage, Marina & Issac were blessed with their first baby -which will also be the first granddaughter on both sides!!!! I'm guessing that this little princess is going to be pretty SPOILED ;) Its a MUST! We met in Claremont and immediately hit it off! I mean anyone who wears yellow has to be a FUN person -right! As we were panting for breath from hiking up the hill, we joked about Marina going into labor early -WELL at only 35 weeks pregnant she ended up going into labor the very next day! Autumn Ruby was born Wednesday morning - at 5 weeks early! Thank God that Mommy and baby are doing great! I am so glad that I was able to capture these last moments of you having your precious baby in your belly! Congratulations guys! Cant wait to see more photos of the new princess!!! :) You guys are such a beautiful couple, there's no doubt that your baby is going to be adorable!!! Say hello to their little furry baby! How cute is his matching tie!!! Marina had cute ideas for her fall baby! Love the gold "A" for Autumn Ruby! Say hello to baby Autumn! Feel so special that they sent me this photo of her!
