There were only 2 concerts on my bucket list... I know thats pretty sad right! I grew up listening to Journey & The Eagles (from my parentals) so I thought I would know most of their songs! I hate going to concerts & only knowing like 3 doggone songs! Last summer my mom, sis, tia, & I went to Journey concert and it was awesome!! Especially since Foreigner was their opening act!
Early this year I almost peed my pants when I found out that the Eagles were performing in Vegas! We jumped on those tickets as fast as we could! A few months later I came down with the pregnacy flu lol & i hoped that id be better by the concert! When I was prego with my first son I had to miss out on the Phantom of the Opera cuz I was so sick! I only made it to the parking lot :( total bummer! Thank God im not sick anymore so I was able to go. It turned out to be another girl trip cuz my poor boo boo had to work :( it wouldve been even more perfect if he was there! Let me just say that their voices havent aged a bit! The concert was seriously so AMAZINGGGG!!! And there were only a few songs that I didnt know! Which was good enough for me! For all you Eagles fans out there... theyre performing again in December you should def go see them!!! Its definitely worth the mula!

On my way to a photo-shoot I always feel the butterflies… well more like EAGLES are soaring through my stomach! Its every emotion… scared, excited, weary, confident, insecure, hungry -well that’s all the time! I’m just a hot mess! I can’t wait until these feelings turn into confidence! To say that I had fun on this photo shoot would be an understatement! I had a BLAST!!!! Sometimes in life you get those moments where you feel so proud & you’re on this natural HIGH! Well I was definitely floating on clouds after shooting this lovely couple! I usually find it hard to choose the photos that I’m going to post on my blog because they're all like my little babies & I don't want to leave any of them out. Ooo I sound like a creepy lady with a million cats! Anyway this was definitely the situation when choosing these photos! Getting back to these hot tamales... Kim & Ha met in High school through a mutual friend, who just so happened to be Kim's boyfriend at the time! Things didn't work out between them & fate brought these two love birds together! On their 7th year anniversary they went on a camping trip with the family in Yosemite. Ha wanted to take a hike up to the waterfalls so he could propose there... After a long scary hike he had found the perfect spot & built up the courage... But there was no ring in that pocket of his! He had a silent minor heart attack wondering if the ring fell out or did he leave it back at camp! Needless to say the hike back to camp was terrifying for him! When he got to the tent IT WAS THERE! So he popped the question later that night on their anniversary dinner! Good backup plan! Thank you Kim & Ha soooo much for allowing me to be apart of this special moment in your lives & capture your love! This gorgeous bouquet was created by http://www.inflowerdesign.com/flash/index.htm Can you say Hot tamales!!!! Im in love with her dress!!!! I wonder what Ha was telling her because he was easily making her giggle through this whole shoot! Which was perfect for me because it made my job easier to get these awesome real laughs!
Have I mentioned how much I love dressing up! Well I do! I don’t mind being the only adult at a kids party who dresses in the theme of the party! Lucky for me my friend Darlene is the same & was also in costume at her daughter Bella’s 5th birthday party. Bella is my precious baby girl! We were there for her birth & intend to be there throughout her life! She's such a special little lady and has brought so much joy to so many lives! There was so much love that was put into planning her party! Darlene & Alex put their creative juices together to throw the perfect cowgirl soiree! Thank God there was no rain! This clothing line is the cutest idea! Darlene pinned up Bella’s Laundry throughout her 5 years of life, starting with her hospital newborn shirt! Love it! Can you see Bella? Bella was having such a good time at her party that it was so hard to get her to stop for a picture… Howdy Cowboy! Love My lil Godson! These lil kiddos were so into playing “tug of war”! It was so cute! My favorite Cowboy!!! A precious moment between a grandmother & her granddaughter!
My mom brought in a stack of mail this morning & I always get all gitty when I see a personalized envelope… anything but a bill! One day I got a personalized piece of mail but it was addressed to the previous tenants & I so badly wished it was for me! It had scribbled hearts & smiley face stickers all over it! It took me back to the good old days when I was 12 yrs old and had a penpal… now all I get are BILLS & JUNK MAIL! BORING! But today was a special day… I got a personalized piece of MAIL!!!!! Woo hoo! It was an invite from one of my clients to her daughter’s bday party & to my surprise it had photos from our photo session on it! My stomach was filled with butterflies! (and no it wasn’t the baby moving!) When my clients choose to use one of my photos for their birthday invites, birth announcements, or anything… I feel so dogonne HONORED!!! It makes me feel all the happy tingles inside, especially when they send me one! Its always a cherry on top when they add photographers credit on the back! Ugh! I just Love & appreciate it! It makes me feel like you’ve gone from my client to a friend… a friend who’s face is displayed on my fridge! And we can always use more friends in this world! So thank you from the bottom of my heart for using my photos & making me feel extra special!! Have a great Tuesday! Here are the ones that I've gotten so far...
